It was cold at night, we turned the wind to maximum and turned the temperature control knob to 30, but it was still cold, and couldn't figure out why

Not like any other NH hotels a disaster when compared

Old furnished and there was no difference from a bed and breakfast hotel! No gym no omelettes in the breakfast and the airconditioner in my room was from old ages!!!

Really good hotel. Great room, great location and great staff.

The hotel was lovely, our room was big and had a large balcony which the hotel had allocated to us which was great. The room was quiet even though we overlooked the square, even at night. The beds were very comfy. The bathroom was quite spacious too. The breakfast was really good although the hot food could've been hotter. Overall the hotel was great and in an absolutely brilliant location. We would definitely stay there again. An entrance to the Central train station is literally just behind the hotel (however you can't hear any train noise at all) - look for the large Smurf. This makes it dead easy to get to by train from either the airport or Midi station - don't bother with a taxi.

The room was quite cold, especially the bathroom, and we found it difficult to get the right temperature setting but that might just have been us. There was quite a draft through the balcony door which could easily be remedied with a strip of draft excluder! Unfortunately there was a very strong smell in the corridor of cleaning product or air freshener which was really overpowering but luckily it didn't permeate through into our room. The hot breakfast items needed to be a bit hotter but to be honest we find this fault pretty much wherever we go. Lastly, it would have been nice to have a bar in the hotel. These really are all just minor points, overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Great location and helpful staff

Great location, very close to the interesting sights in the town center. The room was large and the bathroom was good. Andrea checked us in and was very amiable and helpful in answering questions we had about where to find things.

The only thing I didn't care much for was the "green clean" program they offered. The idea was, like many other hotels worldwide, to forego washing the linens in the room every day. When we signed up for it, I thought they would just not change the towels and bed sheets. But instead, as far as we could tell, the maid didn't even enter the room or clean the bathroom, replace the dirty coffee cups or empty the trash. So, even the free drink they offered didn't really compensate for that.

Great Location, great staff, nice hotel, would definitely stay again! Thanks to all.

We had experienced problems at this hotel prior, the staff went over and above to ensure that this stay was very comfortable & we appreciate this very much. We had a lovely time, were given a brilliant room which catered for our special needs & when I injured my foot, the Reception staff assisted kindly and all went very well.

Great location, lovely staff. Old but comfortable and convenient.

Location was great close to many visitor attractions and transport. Breakfast was really nice.

Unfortunately there was no jug in the room, although you could ask for one. There was no fridge either which was limiting.

Fine for a short break in the centre of Brussels

Excellent location right next to Central Station and 3 mins walk to Main Square / Grande Place. Staff at reception were very friendly.

Bathroom needs a bit of a makeover. The wood on the bottom of the bathroom door was flaking away due to contact with water from the shower. The shower tray was a bit dirty and scuffed from excess use. Water leaked onto the bathroom floor because the shower curtain does not go all the way down onto the ground. I also felt that the shower curtain was old and cheap and needs replacement with a new one, or better still, a new glass door.

Very Good

Spacious room. Close to Bruxelles Central station and Grand Place. Very central. Comfortable bed. Fridge with complimentary water was a nice touch.

Some of the furniture could do with being replaced and carpets changed. It didn't quite feel like a 4* hotel but at the same time it's fine for one night considering the location.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great. This is our third time staying at the hotel.

Would have liked for the refrigerator to have bottled water available every day.
